How to get to Cala Turqueta

What is the best time to go to Cala Turqueta?

You can also walk from Cala Galdana to Cala Turqueta, although it takes approximately 2 hours.

Parking is free, but with limited capacity. In the same parking lot you can find a small bar-chiringuito with bathrooms where they sell sandwiches and drinks.

Getting to Cala Turqueta on foot

If you want to access from Cala Macarella, the route is on foot along the Cami de Cavalls, which is perfectly signposted for 2.9 km, the path is a bit stony and with quite a few slopes, for adults it can be done more or less well, but if you go with children, you have to take into account that they can get tired.

If you go with young children, we recommend Mitjana y Galdana more, since they have ample parking and the road is much better and paved.

You can also access it by bus from Es Mercadal or by boat.

Getting to Cala turqueta by boat

The boat leaves from Ciutadella and passes through several beaches, it is best to share the boat so that it is as affordable as possible, one of the advantages is that you can take diving goggles and luggage without carrying it.
