Cala Tarida, how to get there

In the small city of Sant Josep, at the west side of the Island of Ibiza, you will find Cala Tarida.

If you decide to get around by bus, you can get to Cala Tarida with line 38, Eivissa – Sant Josep – Cala Tarida, or with line 5, Sant Antoni – Cala Tarida.

If you travel by car or motorbike, travel from Sant Antoni, through the Bay of San Antonio to the detour that indicates the direction of Cala Comte and Cala Bassa. Another option is to leave Sant Josep, take the detour to the left, It will take you about 10 minutes by car.

Its seabed is characterized by posidonia meadows, which contributes to making the waters in Ibiza crystal clear. You will be able to have a vision of more than 30 meters and you can see even from 40 meters away when the conditions are perfect.

You will not only see posidonia, but also coral and sponge areas, you can find conger eels, moray eels, barracudas, groupers…. Its fauna is varied.
